We have a couple of hummingbird feeders near our sliding door so that we can see and visit with them as closely as possible. I love the playful, high energy they bring to our home. This piece is in honor of our love for these little friends that visit each summer.

On the left side of the plaque is an altar design that lay on its and two triangles which represent prayer feathers offered in ceremony. I use these symbols to represent prayer and an appreciation that centers me as I reflect on all the joy and the good these hummingbirds bring into our life.
